ICEstate is a real estate site script where agents and property owners can register and advertise properties for sale and to rent. Site users can use the regular search form and the advanced search form and view the properties, contact the agents and send messages.
There are 2 types of registered users on the site: members and agents / owners.
Agents / Owners Panel
- View Properties - Agents/Owners can view all properties they are advertising on the site and change property details. Property statistics are also shown by each property: amount of views, amount of clicks...
- View Messages - Agents/Owners can view the messages sent to them by members of the site and can reply to the messages.
Site Members can login and view the messages sent to them.
Administrator Panel
- Properties - Administrator can search for properties from the admin panel and change the details of each property.
- Property Status - Administrator can define and manage the list of property status that will be shown to the advertisers.
- Property Type - Administrator can manage a list of property types that will appear on the site.
- Approving Properties - Administrator can view a list of all properties that were not approved yet and choose to approve them or delete them from the site.
- Approving Messages - Administrator can view a list of all messages sent between members and advertisers that were not approved yet and choose to approve them or delete them, messages will not be viewed to members until they are approved by site administrator.
- Messages Status - Administrator can define and manage the list of message status that will be shown to the advertisers.
- Messages to Admin - Administrator can view messages sent to him and reply.
- User List - Administrator can view the list of site members and advertisers.
- User Status - Administrator can manage a user status list.
- Approving Users - Administrator can view a list of all users and choose to approve them or not. Users will not be able to login until they are approved.
- Regions - Administrator can manage a region list.
- Languages - Administrator can manage a language list and choose to enable and disable languages.
- Titles - Administrator can define the text for each word in every language.
- Edit Content of Pages - Administrator can edit the content of pages on the site.
- Configuration - Administrator can define the amount of images the advertiser is able to upload for each property. Emails body text can be edited.
